The production of Formula 43, 3 piece wheels made from forged aluminum, is done with various methods and equipment including rim spinning, milling, powder coating and polishing all in house at our facility in Livonia, Michigan.
FORMULA 43 was formed in 2010 by Company President and Owner, Ralf Guennewig who has decades of experience in metal spinning. Having trained on world renowned German Metal Spinning Equipment, Ralf has brought his knowledge of “Spin-forming” and German Engineering to the US. His involvement in developing the latest manufacturing methods for cast, forged and 2 & 3 piece rim halves is what makes Formula 43 a success.
