Flow Forming
BBS wheels aren’t just good-looking. They’re meticulously researched, refined, and some are manufactured using our special Flow Forming or Forging processes - then put through extensive structural and finish testing. Before our wheels ever hit the showroom floor, wheel loads, clearances, mounting hardware, and hub/brake dimensions have all been considered to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
We pay strict attention to Quality Standards.
No shortcut leads to quality. And without quality, you can’t expect to cultivate loyalty or longevity. That’s why BBS wheels are always ISO/TS16949 and TUV compliant, and also follow specific standards required by the world’s leading car manufacturers.

Our revolutionary Forging and Flow Forming production processes, and FEM (Finite Element Method), also known as FEA (Finite Element Analysis), ensure that BBS wheels provide maximum performance under all conditions.
